Blue Dart is harassing customers by getting false information from delivery agents who don’t visit the premises but give wrong information. Even after rescheduling there is no response. What’s App messages are meaningless no help at all.

It is one of the worst courier service now. The bigger the name, the bigger is the attitude. Actually they are using third party for delivery and so xallwd executives are always marking the package as incorrect address without calling me.

Shipment No. 16114338063 booked for Pune on 20.03.2024 is yet to be delivered. It is not expected from Blue Dart service.

Courier executive: +917406949958 He called me once on 19th at 9.20am saying he's on the way to deliver, post which he didn't respond to any of my calls that day, close to 12 calls which were unattended by the executive and he's updated the status Customer Not Available. And the shipment is held from the past 4 days without making an attempt to deliver. Contacted the BlueDart support and the customer care executive hung up on me. Visited the nearest branch and the guy Murthy wasn't aware where the shipment is and has no knowledge how to proceed further. I'm stuck from the past 5 days waiting for my courier!! YOU'RE THE SHITTIEST COURIER SERVICE THAT I'VE EVER COME ACROSS!!!

The person didn't attempted for delivery and mention in comment that consignee's address is not locatable/ landmark needed. Even i didn't received any calls regarding my currier delivery.
