Worst courier service. They're holding my parcel in transit and asking me to go through such a lengthy process just to update my address, asking for UPI pins and card details. I immediately felt sceptical when they asked for UPI pins, and the customer representative would not even share delivery guy details. They're scams! Beware!

Good for nothing service. They never call you and will sa that customer is not answering. Regular practice.
