I had couriered a parcel on 15th Feb and it has not reached by local hub yet. When I tried to connect with the courier number on this site the person asked me to stay on line and asked me to transfer 2rs to connect me with the courier boy. When I asked him the details which are visible regarding my parcel and recipients number he said system doesn't show it. Please beware

The ordar status is constantly switching between pick and reschedule ,i don't know what is happening with my order and this web shows multiple helpline numbers probably most by phishing agents.

worst service, why not negative Star to rate, delivery person least bother to deliver and quoting invalid address reason.call center is of no use...
