Pathetic service since 2 days parcel lying at delivery hub..with no further update

As per my first experience, service is good

Very nice service

Very poor service they received my order 3 days ago but don't deliver on time how much irresponsible service .don't try bluedart for courier it will never send ur order on time .u might regret after give ur parcel to bluedart ,so be aware of that .

No message No response No call

Why don't you give delivery boy number

Need to improve, this is the first time I got my parcel timely. Otherwise I pick my parcel from the hub, or very inconvenient… kindly improve this service

Very very very good delivery

I haven't received my parcel even i try to contact blue dart an some of the employee pick my phone an unfortunately he disconnected my call without full filling the queries

From yesterday I am getting messages that my parcel is out for delivery but still not received the same. Now today also I am waiting for the message that my address is unlocatable. I never faced such issues with Blue Dart which I am facing here at Agartala.

Worst Service of Blue Dart.... Every Time Delivery Issue... Nobody calls from their Team, They updates wrong information.... And ask to collect from office

Worst service delivery very late and don't provide delivery executive phone number.

Parcel is already reach their office but not a single call or message from their side for delivery
