Very poor service. Not coming any call, and send message and said "not found your address".

Poor service. Since 4 days waiting for my parcel, it's still in transit only. Disappointed

Worst service. Delivery executive tells wrong and higher amount in COD option. Rude behaviour and then customer care asking for Rs. 5 for charges through Paytm or Google play for speedy delivery. No one from bluedart is even bothered to check and reply to any complaint shared on email

I directly got status "customer is not at home" Even no one is attempt delivery.. Very bad service. No one answering call. Very worst nd pathetic service.

Not only 3rd class, jst like a 30 class services. I think company owner is too old person. Plz as early closed yours services ... & take rest .. worst service..BC

Very Bad delivery Servìce. The office is closed always. No one contacted me for delivery. And its updated as undelivered remained at location

Worst delivery service ever, they don't even attempt the delivery when your parcel is out for delivery, but you'll recieve a message that delivery was attempted. Do not prefer this as a delivery partner.

Vary Bad Service

There is no option to rate Zero, otherwise I should have rate Zero, Because my option of fastest mean of delivery have taken more than 7 days but not yet delivered
