What is your problem why didn't provide delivery boy mobile number.

Can’t give 0 so giving 1. My package is not reaching to me and it’s been 1 week since they showed it’s in transit and out for delivery. Everyday the date is changing without any reason. I am waiting for my parcel for 1 week and they just show in transit everyday.

Very bad experience.The parcel was due yesterday. I got the message yesterday morning and then yesterday evening the message says address is unlocatable. If you can't find the address, you don't even have the manners to call the mobile number and ask. Or you don't even have the manners to search for that place on Google Maps. I had an experience like this before and it was the same situation. That too, I got the parcel 15 days after the delivery date. Very worse experience. I don't know if it will be available again.

Unable to reach using the call now option, pathetic service

I'm from WB and my parcel is from Mumbai but since 7 days of order my parcel is still revolving in the streets of Mumbai and I'm in WB as I said, these mf are taking a way too long to deliver

My parcel was not diliverd, first the dilivery guy didn't even call me and himself declared my address was unable to locate and when reattempt was made again with no call it was showing that I refused to take the order when ai wasn't even contacted. Really disappoint service

Very long time for dilivery above 8 days.

Parcel no. 16603702032.told that customer were not in house. And requsted for future delivery. Even full time I was at home today.nobody called me and not came. Why they charge huge money for timely delivery if not capable to deliver on time. And write wrong tracking update. My no. Is 9909045590..pls contact me as early as possible.other wise I will publish it at larger platform off social media.
