Third class service... dont deliver on time ... reschedule delivery without informing ... and attaches silly reasons that consignee is out of station without any call or taking information

Your Blue Dart Shipment Refused confirmation Code is 227350 and is valid for next 30 minutes. Kindly share the code ONLY if the product is Refused by you. This was the message sent to me and before I could read our understand something, he got to tell me the OTP and took my consent. I was asking him when will the order be delivered and he replied next at 10am and disconnected the call. I don't understand what is the problem with them to deliver our orders that to within the city????? And above all the product was very urgent and important for me.... What do I do next..

Delivery process is very slow .

Rating is 0. Very very worst service. They didn't call a single time but updated unlocatable location. If we call that toll-free number they are asking 5 rupees to update address. They won't give the local number but asking updation charge every time. The address is given which is in bank records but this courier service only doing like this. Waiting for my atm card for a long time. They never try to deliver. Very worst.

Courrier picked the parcel on Nov 05, 2023. Still the parcel is not traceable

It's very bad....it take nearly about 20 days, still I doesn't received my order yet..but it's on the courier, it's exist out from the company but doesn't reached the consumer..such a worst courier service

Very poor Service... I will not recommend anyone to avail bluedart services...

Very Bad Service parcel dispached on 08 Nov 2023 but still today not delivered.
