My parsal is in Pune from last 4 days, it’s not moving anywhere even no one connected my to share the status. Customer care number is also not working. Plz shutdown ur business, you do’s not deserve to be in this business.

Placed order on Nykaa and haven’t received my parcel even after 12 days

Pathetic service, it seems I will cry. As a medicine was shipped on 23rd from Kahalganw Bihar and again on 27th reached kahalganw bihar

I would have rated it below that if only there was an option. My order has been held at location since more than 9days and they just falsely update the tracking status saying that premises closed, consignee out of station, etc., when I am right here, they don't even call. Even after my 1st complaint, it has been 6 days yet they are saying that investigation is going on but my parcel is still not delivered. They said that they will do a follow up and didn't even call again, and when I called it was not reachable. Extremely disappointed. Go for some other courier service.

Please use any other courier service. Bluedart is the worst. The fellows throw our parcels and things break inside the box. When we pack nicely. They open and repack the whole box very shoddily. That’s why things break. I actually wanted to give no star but there was no option.
