Very very Bad Service, I have not received my bank documents, blue dart employee is demanding for money to handover my own bank documents.

The worst service. I booked a package and it’s too delay. I booked one month before and the package didn’t arrive. what the hell the company employees were doing. Shame about this company .Moreover don’t go for this company

Collection point services were courteous and prompt, suggest more professionalism at that point Delivery and feedback on delivery were spot on and suggest some more detailing of the transit points and mode of travel (somewhat similar to India Speed Post !) Thanks for the efficiency. Anandakumar. M

Hopeless Service. I did not receive my parcel. It is in my city from past three days and they are not ready to deliver it. Just because the delivery boy did not find my address. they are not ready to listen and let me talk to delivery person so that he can come to my place and deliver my parcel.

Very worst service. Very slow.. without contacting they are returning the parcel.

They are mostly always polite during delivery, but some are a bit tempered at times.
