Hello , we didn't receive the parcel yet but received the message as delivered by self on July 20th itself.. till now we didn't receive..

Very slow speed. It has been 7 days now they haven't been able to deliver a parcel from West Bengal to Ooty

VERY BAD SERVICE WHICH YOUCAN NOT IMAGINE TOTALY FAKE LOCATIONS AND REPORTS THE COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED BECAUSE OF CUSTOMER HARRASHMENT

My son sent a letter packet from Mumbai to Delhi on 21st July 2025. When its tracking showed on the next day that it was still in Santa Cruz airport since the day of booking, I enquired from Customercare and was told that due to bad weather , the flight had not gone to Delhi. A Complaint was registered by the Customercare and the Complaint Officer was scheduled to speak to me by 2 pm today ( 22nd July) but no one has contacted me.We have paid ₹.150 extra for Urgent delivery by 10.30 am. We are extremely disappointed at this service . We have not seen any report about disruption of any flights in the print or electronic media. Documents are Urgent and we are distressed .

Very poor service.

Very worst service i have seen in this era , they don't bother about customer need, they won't contact customer, they will not visit customer address, very bad experience

Not receive parcel

Hello, I have a delivery pending from Maccron Blue Dart keeps marking the delivery attempt as “premises closed” even though I have been at home the whole time. No one even called or rang the bell. Please resolve this issue and arrange proper delivery as soon as possible. This is very inconvenient.

Not receive product

I want to replace my order with big xl size and colour plz guide me and pro ide the options for same

Verry bad service, they are returned my parcel to sender, without any notification and call, with the reason incomplete address, worst service by blue dart, post office services are much better rather private companies

Seems like i am threatened by your supplier...inhave not made any orders loke this .... they have made wrong delivery can you please send me contact details of the sender??
