Blue Dart is a Waste deliver website. Please don't ever use it. If you use Blue Dart then forget your parcel for sure.

I have not received my parcel. But it is showing parcel delivered. Without OTP & Sign how it is possible to handover the item.

The worst site to deliver any parcel or order partner my order was placed at 09/09/2024 they said it will be delivered on 12/09/2024 but now it's 19/09/2024 and still it's showing intransit I hope you guys understand how worst their services are they just don't care how much you need the things which you ordered they just say that you didn't pick up the call and they don't agree that it's only their fault because they neither called me shame on you all to give that reason for such a prolonged delay in the delivery

Worest service they will not update about delivery and they dontwant update details of delivery

Courier was expected to be arrived on 17th September no update no reason updated for delay, nor ita dispatch yet..worst service

I have not received the consignment sent by HDFC Bank for the last 3 days. The delivery status mentioned as consignee not available. Blue Dart delivery boy did not attempt for delivery at the given address and nor did they contact me over phone. Very poor service by Blue Dart Courier

The delivery partner does not providing proper service. They simply mentioned, your order couldn't be delivered as unable to track your address. But on same address other company delivered properly.

Bad service all time delay and delivery boy not give parcel and tell customer not responding and not give otp and service bad

It's been 3 days since my parcel's delivery, but they haven't called me, so careless.

Very bad, unsatisfactory, and unprofessional servies/behaviour my order shows delivered even tho. I didn’t get any call from delivery boy, i was in urget need of that product customer care number is not working. Nobody to contact….very bad services

Good blue dart delivery …

If there was any rating below one star, I would have given it bluedart. It’s the worst service all e-commerce apps are using. They have no sense of responsibility. Even after thousands of worst reviews they are not willing to change their service. After following up for many times my parcel is not delivered and do not trust their tracking system
