I got product but it's duplicate and worest quality I want refund so please action on it

I didn't get parcel

Too too bad service they lost my parcel worth 5000rs and now nobody is picking up the call neither they are responding at the office

Very fast service delivery within 3 days from karnal Punjab to my home mehsana Gujarat very satisfied by I had ordered plant it's reached with safety

Parcel is out of delivery on 16.09.2024 but still not deliver location is only 1000mt from blue dart office,not satisfied with the services even after charging so much heavy delivery charges.2 days has passed not deliver.

I didn’t receive my parcel at the time and im waiting for the parcel and i called on customer care service then they say delivery boy told them the residence address is closed and customer didn’t receive a call but it is not true i don’t have any call or anybody come at home and the customer service executive told you please pick up the courier. Very bad and worst courier site.

I didn’t receive any call from bluedart. I was at home all the time. But while tracking it says no consignee at the given address, very very poor service. Not answering the calls on helpline too. 18.09.2024

Silvassa Blue dart is Very bad service , parcel not delivered yet, and given information last 2 days that consignee not available

Worst courier centre delayed my parcel for 2 week

Even though the premises was open people were available to receive the parcel still status mentioned here is as closed...also the delivery executive called me and confirmed the address and was nearby to the address still didn't delivered the parcel

I did not get my parcel, it’s just 10 mins away and they couldn’t deliver it. The number they’ve given doesn’t even work, they won’t pick up the one working also.

Courier company just 4 min away from my home but it took them more than 5 days to deliver and i still didn't receive worst company to exist

My courier was delivered to different address, 40 km away from original address
