Worst service ever.. My parcel was supposed to be delivered in one day which took 3 days nd as it was urgent so I paid extra amount for it and took express service .. No update on website also .. No one answer your call and top of it u can’t even track your order … Pls don’t go for their service..

Blue Dart is the most poor courier. Do not send the product to address. And do not call. My product came on 18 June but has not sent my address yet and delivery boy has not done yet. You disappear the product

From the last three days I am receiving text message on my mobile number that Blue Dart person missed delivering shipment due to lock of premises,whereas I am very much at my residence and if not then they must have my contact number on my parcel,why not a person called me,it's totally bullshit that they try to deliver the packet,it's not that company which was started in Jalandhar in 1987 with two staff members.I am sorry to say your service is very very poor.
