Worst courier service ever

Very bad experience

I've given the shipment on 3oct and it was still not reached the location and delivery is not done...very poor service...they have not even confirmed the address to deliver the product on time ... unsatisfied with their service 07.10.2025

Such a poor service

Poor delivery service my order has been dispatched from 09/23/2025 and its at delivery center sarkaghat from 09/26/2025. My order# 20892800235 Very disappointed with their services. No call from delivery guy since its comes to delivery center sarkaghat. He called me once and asked me to come 5 km from my home to pickup my order and denied because i was on my duty and from that day he didn't deliver it my address and either no call received

They are updating that consignee refused to accept that's why they are unable to deliver it but they haven't even tried to contact me even once. Pathetic service, won't recommend it to anyone.

Hello my name is Mohan, my sbi credit card had reached your office on 27th September, today is 2nd October, till date I have not received it, neither did I get a call from your office nor my card, when I went to your office today to inquire, the girl executive in your Abohar office does not have any sense of customer dealing, she behaved very rudely, even today she avoided me by giving the excuse of the site not working, when I talked to her about customer rights, she misbehaved with me and said don't teach me the law, if your executives misbehave with customers like this then who will trust your Bluedart, I am very harassed because of your executive, Thank you I have also called the owner of Bluedart office Abohar, but till now there is no response from his side, please ask him why the delivery was not done and why his executive behaved badly.
