Extremely poor service. Haven’t updated my tracking from 5 days No customer service support no phone numbers connecting. Blue Dart is the worst courier service. Will file an official police complaint against them for sure.

Worst courier service, not updating tracking since 3 days, almost impossible to get to thier customisation service.

Today in the morning I received a message that my courier is out for delivery and in the evening at around 4:03 pm I got a notification that my courier is delivered to me. BUT I'm in shock ,AS I DIDNT even received a call nor courier. How can they be so careless. And that courier is very impressive for me. How do I get it

Phone is very bad condition but price range it is ok it's delivery fast and it's delivery boy is very good person

Sooooo Bad experience about BlueDart delivery this time - Order #81004553243, dated 10 March 2025. The delivery parcel was not moving from "Bhabanipore Bdel" 4 to 5 days. It reached Kolkata on 11th March '25. Please solve this problem from your side.
