Very bad experience with bluedarrt

Delayed delivery Delivery yet to happen

The worst service ever experienced, it was due on yesterday but there isn't any information yet about the delivery.

Very bad service I didn't receive my parcel incorrect address batate hain

My parcel has to be delivered on 2nd sept till date I haven't yet received and came to know if I will put it in FastTrack they'll deliver the parcel. For this they'll charge extra amount from the customer.

Very bad delivery service. I till not received the parcel and no one contacted me. Last 4 days only message to out for deliver today.

Yes everytime this happens with blue dart comparitively to other companies its worst ever all other courier companies take 2-3 days max bt this is just very bad it takes 10-12 days bt sometimes more too

Agreed-Probably one of the worst courier companies operating in India... The contact center is awful to provide any respite once get connected.. Never expecting ontime delivery. Even after multiple communication and request for timely delivery, there comes a message "Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed " for a 24*7 operating premises.

I have always found bluedart reliable and fast in case of delivery

Why does Blue dart believe in not catering to customer? The package reached Sinhagad Rd location. Pune yday after 3 days from Mumbai and yet the package is not delivered saying that Sunday is a holiday. What courier Co says that? Customer is not a priority for them? Why will customer prefer Bluedart over others if service is so bad. Pathetic mentality. #77193050104. Waiting for delivery.

Bad service, product opened before delivery, half item vanish, etc. etc.

Very very pathetic service. Status showing delayed due to rain/strike/no train service for 3 days as if we are not living in this places. Other courier services had delivered my package from this same BLR location within 1 week& only bluedart have issues with RAIN/STRIKE/NO TRAIN etc.Please don’t opt for these kind of courier service at all. Post office service is far better. They don’t want to disclose their identity at the main gate when security ask for their identity while entering the flat compound which is routine security protocol and keep arguing with security. Everywhere trouble makers.
