Very much worst

The worst service at Kakinada office. They will not reply to us and will not reply whether our courier received or not? Always counter staff will trouble to the customers. very arrogant staff in the office.

One of the worst customer service they have very rude behaviour they don’t know how to speak with customer. The worst staff response. No service attitude.

Worst service ever, the delivery boy Raghavendra Kg is the worst guy I have ever seen, he was very rude & disconnected the call in the middle of conversation, now called him twice on a row but he is not responding. My dad delivered a very important document & I have not yet received that.

Worst Courier Service. It is dirty spot on the name of courier service.

One of the worst customer service they have very rude behaviour they don’t know how to speak with customer. Even the fault was there, but they told us that we didn’t pick up phone and now I have to pay extra money to the parcel that I have ordered, and I already paid the delivery charge, but now they told me that I didn’t pick up the phone. That’s why I have to re-update my address name phone number and I have to pay five rupees to the company for my delivery. Otherwise, I have received my delivery more than 90 days later.

Call bluedart they said that another call from another number will be provided to you I said ok call piked and and I said I want to reschedule the order they said 5 rs charge will be deducted please open the pdf below I opened the pdf and my account balance 0

After calling the customer support service, Manish Kumar said some slurs... Picked up 1st call and said she will call from some other number.. After receiving call she said she will send an application by wts up.. I need to register through this application.. Then I called him, for if he could register in that application through his system.. after heard this he said slang sentences. worst service.. 8218921100

No ethics at all, too worst service someone can get is only from Bluedrat. Delivery guys just gave missed called and status the delivery as no consignee at mentioned address. Bluedart is playing this kind of cheap tricks to skip/escape delivery. Shame on you guys being reputed company just can't image these kind of cheap tricks from you. Seriously they have no customer support neither no veryyy bad service use another dart to deliver you package .. not at all worth it
