Consignment not received as per LR ,box received in damage condition, so please look into it has we are automobile dealer we have order the part and waited for a weeks and this type of consignment is received in damage is very disgusting...hope it will improve in future

Worst service, order package needs to be deliver on 19th, but yet no update received. CC number is also not working. No status found on web to contact

It shows out for delivery but the parcel never gets delivered please fix this it gets on my nerves literally

This is the worst currier service.My shipment for order dated 9/10/2024 has not arrived Shahjahanpur till 22/10/2024 form Springtek bareilly just 60-70 km from Shahjahanpur.In fact the vendor and currier both are befooling the customers jointly.During tracking of my shipment through AW no. currier site ,no movement was shown there.Then I contact there customer care,they revealed that shipment has not been delivered to the currier so far but the currier company gave them a false AW number just to befool the public that shipment is on the way. Both blue dart as well as springtek are cheater
