Worst service providing bludart yesterday delivery call to me is said sir please stay at don't go any where the. Delivery boy not come & delivery boy report as wrong address provided bludart company at least not providing any contact number of delivery boy or Blue dart manegement

Here’s a review you can use: Order Delayed and Poor Service by BlueDart I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by BlueDart. My order was out for delivery on 17th October, but despite being available at the delivery address, I did not receive it. Today is 21st October, and the order still hasn’t arrived. The tracking status claims that the consignee was unavailable, which is completely false. I don’t understand why this issue has occurred, and there has been no attempt to contact me or properly resolve the situation. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I expected better from BlueDart. I hope they address this issue promptly, as it’s frustrating to be kept waiting for no reason. You can adjust any details based on your experience!

This is very bad service, they don't provide courier to customer and when customer calls they ask for money from him and say that you did not pick up the courier boy's phone even when anyone calls. Today a similar incident happened with me, one of my items was supposed to arrive but it was late so I called customer care but the phone got disconnected and immediately I got a call from customer care, I raised my concern to them, they said that you also picked up the courier guy's phone so your packet has come back to the office and if you want delivery then you have to pay money, for which I refused, and when I disconnected the phone, and after that i got may packet within 5 minutes,
