express post letter sent Aug 14 Halifax to Toronto -still in Sudbury Aug 21!!! A wasted $20 for sure!

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .

Mailed my Christmas pkg Oct 25, 2024, Deer Lake NL; Oct 29, item processed Dieppe NB; Oct 30, item Processed Montreal QC; Nov 3 item processed Richmond BC; Nov 5, 2024 item ready to be picked up Elkford, BC. I couldn't have asked for better service than that, put it in the post early because of the upcoming strike and it sailed right through, the pkg certainly arrived before Christmas.

It's been a month since my brother sent the card. How come it takes so long I will be going home in the Philippines need to bring home that card.

My cancer medications have been sitting at the Edmonton warehouse since the 15th. I understand the strike is going on. However just as government checks are important to get to customers; it is vitally important to get medications to customers also. Patients/customers require this medication or they would not be getting it.

Irresponsible Canada post

my parcel has been sitting in Toronto since tuesday...that was last up date I get parcels often usually day by day up date and parcel is always on the move...why is it sitting this time for 3 days..time to change carriers

Say my package was out for delivery 5 days ago, not delivered yet? Didn’t receive any more updates
