Worst mistake…such an important document sent via Canada post to India. Paid $43.80 for express but today after 20 days of waiting it says still in transit. No update atal. OMG m I in fifth world country? I doubt…

My parcel did not receive 2x in a row and items are all expensive items and I did not get anything back , as per Canada post employee the delivery drivers steal package from customers , please do something about it , my parcel is coming from Alberta and never seen those 2 different packages , Canada post should investigate your delivery people

Trying to track my ouece of registered mail has been a challenge. I put in my tracking number and got into an online chat which told me they would direct me to a secure page. I was instructed to give my credit card number which I refused to do since I recently got caught by a Canada Post scam. As a result, I could not be connected to an expert adviser. So, I'm still unclear as to where my piece of mail is. In this age of computer scams, why does Canada Post request a $2 fee which you say will be refunded.
I do not understand HOW you can justify charging $20 for XpressPost shipping, when it still takes 4-7 days...sometimes more...to get my package!! The WORST part is that, on NO occasion did the postal delivery person EVER bring my package to my door !! Why is that? I thought that was the entire idea of XpressPost?! Get it there FAST and hand to the customer! NOT leave a slip in my mailbox....and then..Leave my parcel in his/her Canada Post vehicle over the weekend, sI cannot access it until Monday or ,probably Tuesday, because this idiot will be too lazy to walk upstairs to my apartment with my parcel! Shame on your overpaid ?, lazy workers. I will be sure to inform all my clients (thousands of them!) that paying $20 for Xpresspost is a complete SCAM and it makes absolutely No difference in time if you get a lazy, stupid, uncaring who should be fired for pulling a stunt like that. Xpresspost USED TO take 2-3 days guaranteed years ago. Not now apparently. My postal worker will receive a formal complaint about issue...and several others.

Its way past the delivery date, especially for expedited which cost $25 on a $30 value pkg. It took 14 days, when normally its 5. Very disappointed, missed event date.
Ordered from Richmond bc. Picked up Friday Feb 23 and delivered to Mariville qc Tues Feb 27... less than 3 business days! Can you ask for more?
It's way way past the delivery date for my package internationally delivery,and called Canada Post to investigate,they took the information to investigate,and was told they opened a ticket,and wait, today I just decided to check with them again,just to be told they closed the ticket because who ever took the information did not include my tracking number,who does that ? ?? Not include a tracking number? So how can you track my package with your investigations,,, so they had to open another ticket again!! And was told to wait a further date again,for investigation, again, disappointed in the lack of good proper customer service and led to another investigation all over again,and package still haven't arrived at its destination, it's been 26 days and nothing, and was told delivery would have been 1 week !!! Very disappointed ☹️

I have the same promblem with the postal When I send something from bc it gets where I send it in 36 hours . But the person send it bk to me it takes 11 days that's crazy .on top of it I send a packagd with insurance on it and they didn't give it to thd right person and I lost some thing important in there call them we can't do nothing for you . Like this pass one I send to them they miss handle it I paid alot of insurance on it and they wong do nothing about it .whh should you pay alot of insurance on a package and something goes wrong and you have to fight to get it bk .they don't want to take responsibility fof they did to the package .to me everything should bd covered in the price especailly insured items .ty
