Sent my package from ville mercier for international delivery on April 12th Processed and received in Montreal the same day. Supposed to be 3-7 expected delivery but I'm ok for 10 days. On day 5 business day, I checked. It's still sitting in Montreal. I called Canada Post but I had the virtual assistant instead of real human. I was told not to worry, my parcel in on its way. I tracked my parcel and it says " in transit" but I checked the map and still sitting in Montreal. I kept checking and I got the same info. Today, I checked again, exactly 10 business days, my parcel moved from Montreal to, now it says Hamilton. Wow! Just wow! If there's - 1, that's the star I gonna give. Next thing we know, Canada Post will go on strikes again...and we just keep suffering. If there's another way to send your documents / parcel, do that. I don't recommend Canada Post service.

If I mail a letter to my next door neighbor it takes a minimum 4 days for them to receive it PLUS any holiday or weekend… sad to say that if I mail a letter using US post (only a mile a way) the person on either coast I mail it to will get it sooner an can get it 308 days per year (vs in the UK 304 we get a messily 248 if no snow days are called)…

My envelope was sent Express Post on April 11th in BC with destination of Ontario. It did show it arrived in Calgary AB the next day. There has been nothing since then. It is now weeks later and it has still not arrived.

On 24 April 2023 when I handed over my parcel at Canada post, it was told me that if I want delivery in 2 business days then I should book in Express post for which I paid almost double amount which is more than 100$. Today when I checked now it showing delivery by 28th April means instead of 2 days delivery will be now in 4 days।.
Disappointed
Another 3 failed deliveries. Feel bad for company's who provide great service only to let down by Can Post over and over again.

Paid extra to get parcel delivered in 3 days, it's been a week and it's still in transit in Calgary. I'm very disappointed in their postal system.
Very unprofessional
It was my DYING grandmother’s birthday on April 18TH and i was getting her these beautiful antique tea set and it was supposed to send on the 17th but it didn’t and it came on the 22nd?? When she got it, she told me that it was all BROKEN. In pieces!!! Im so upset.
