Parcel was shipped from the states and cleared customs on Apr 6, still no delivery and tracking hasnt been updated sincd that day!could have walked and picked it up quicker! Wanted to give it no stars but have to give it 1

Fast as they promised!

Not sure what’s happening but I paid for express, it was supposed to arrive on the 17th of April and now it’s the 20th. What’s going on? I’m disappointed

Utterly utterly utterly useless. As much use as a chocolate oven.

Says arrived for customs review since 21st, March 2023. And now it’s 20th, April still not arrived! What takes a whole month? I just don’t understand.

Didn't solve my concerns

I ordered on April 14th with 2 day delivery, at latest it should have been here on Tuesday , now it shows April 24th. My parcel was sent to 3 different locations in Alberta, shipped right over Saskatchewan,it was sent from Ontario, never heard of any thing so absolutely STUPID!!!

Over 30.00 for delivery of fishing rod from Ritchmon, to courtenay, 4days and no sign of arrival. Tracking doesn't work. Terrible service

Amazing service yet again. Paid for 2-3 day service and arrived the next morning..??

I wonder why there’s no update on my package yet?

This is so bad ? ? ? ? If your order was coming by canad post don't trust them it is so bad late delivery and laying to you.

They lost my grandson's Christmas presents!!!

I order many things online and the service and delivery has been great. I have never had a package disappear and at least 90% come on time or early. Better that private companies
