Been waiting 42 days time to privates

Canada post is the worst and a total national embarrassment. I paid for Xpresspost on Monday and it arrived at the hub in my province one hour away and the message said I'll get it 9 days after I ordered it. The reason was possible weather and it's been beautiful here and the upcoming forecast says zero snow. What a joke. Nothing will ever get done.

This service is horrible!!! The Customs Form App is complicated, repetitive, has to be done at least twice, photo of barcode not acceptable had to refill Customs Form again!! Paid extra for Expedite Shipping but package getting there 4 days after it was supposed to arrive - held in Customs......

Been waiting 4 months.....

When I call the phone number goes to marauder product. Location on map not updated paid more than $38.00 for services....not provided

When you can not deliver a package, please inform the customer where it is stored and ready to pick up. Just add the store address, ok!

Never got my package sat at home all day. Then they said they left a card where to pick it up never got the card and still don’t have my express mail what the F is going on

the staff are efficient, honest and reliable. They are trustworthy and helpful.

Terrible, sent a registered mail to europe it took 4 days to reach missisauga from Richmond hill. It’s been 11 days and the letter hasn’t arrived yet. Earlier my registered letter with sensitive personal informations was lost, they never found it. Try avoid Canada post whenever possible!

Canada post has had my parcel for nearly 20 days. According to their website you can track the location of the parcel. This option not found....when you talk to an expect, they want you to pay for that info!! $2 Fully refundable. Not a chance will I put my credit card info out there...$2 canada post, gimme a break!!

Very poor service. My parcel was supposed to arrive in 2-3 business days. It’s now been over a week. I could have walked it there faster!! It said they left a notice in the mail box when I tracked the parcel. They did not!!! Not impressed ??
