The worst ever. Never again. I require a reliable company. I reside in Victoria. The eyeglasses were posted to Courtenay- 140 miles north on our island. The package cost over $30.00 plus a gas levy. Canada Post sent my package to Richmond (on the mainland) to be "sorted". Victoria has a large efficient sorting depot on Glanford Ave. Why was my package not processed here, then sent up island 'on a three hour tour'.to its final destination the next day? It has not arrived after 10, yes ten days. Tracking informs me tomorrow is the day. Hopefully it hasn't gone astray as it contains a two thousand dollar pair of titanium glasses that require laser soldering. I am driving to Courtenay to retrieve my goods. UPS etc. is my choice for parcels. Never ever will I ever opt for Canada Post. Lesson learned.

I was assured that a signature would be required, and the parcel would not be left unattended if no one was home, and I’m very disappointed that it was delivered regardless and my daughter had to scramble to find a neighbour to pick it up for her so it wasn’t stolen.

Worst company for sending anything i paid 90$ for fast shipping and delivered after 2 weeks from the date that they said will be and the refund is a lie

I sent a package on December 14th from Calgary to Nanaimo, BC. It arrived in Nanaimo on December 15th. My tracking number shows that it was delivered on December 22nd during a snowstorm where everything was shut down on the Island. My son did not receive the package on December 22nd. It still hasn’t arrived. Where is the package?

Not reliable service ! They promised overnight service and deliver after 7 days ????????????????

I paid to have my package delivered and you made no attempt to deliver it. All you did was send a message for pickup. I will use a courier from now on.

Worst services ever! Sent parcel to Belgium by air in October. Was supposed to be there in two weeks. Never arrived!

I sent a parcel last September 27 and its been now 3 months since but the parcel hasn't been deliveree or received by the recipient..

You keep charging premium prices for your so called "express Post" and it's been two weeks. Still waiting. We never Voluntarily use Canada Post. We have to. What a shame !
