Impressed by the flat box rate service.

Completely unreliable. Canada post does not care about its customers and treats parcels like their property as if an item is in anyway delayed or processed you cannot go pick up your item even if the parcel is less than a km away. Their services are never as described; you will pay more for "faster" services that are literally within the same time frame delivered as a regular package would be. And the customer support is a joke as they have no tools at their disposal to help efficiently track your package or provide more information than you can online. Canada post has generated billions off of inconvenient services and we Canadians continue to fund this abysmal service. I wish that we could create a poll to deservice Canada post. At the this was created they have had my package in my city for a whole day across my street without giving me the option to go and pick it up

Been waiting for a parcel that was supposed to arrive from the states Dec 20th. It’s is now the 28th of Dec and we are still waiting. Wha poor service for the price we pay and the wages being paid.

I sent a package from Scarborough to Mississauga on Dec 14 and the package is still not showing delivered. I could have drive and drop it off myself. Horrible service

you know peeps excactly its xmas time 4 times the work load for the same number of people trying to get the job done i think canada post is the best courier service in the business and sure there not always on time but im in no hurry all people do is complain. merry xmas canada post and all you peeeps who get us our mail thank you thank you thank you i appreciate your hard work

so far tracking has been updated and top notch service thank you canada post and all the other hard works couriers around the world making sure everyone gets there expected deliveries your all aces thx for all your hard work keeping the parcels moving

I am waiting my parcel since 8 Oct , 2022.

Tracking says my parcel has been in Edmonton since the 21st I live 6 hrs away whats wrong with this picture

A third party can deliver in 25 percent of the time to much red tape

Canada Post leaves a lot to be desired. Truthfully they don’t give a damn about the people they’re supposed to serve.

They need to improve their service. Christmas has passed and I am still waiting for my order.all the orders I did even after this order even from the same store I have got it delivered long ago but the order coming through this carrier still stuck in Richmond for more than a week.all the other cerrier kept me updating about my parcel about every move,even they were on time but this did not send me any email not about the delay even.

Estimated delivery date is today. But still its not out for delivery.

It says parcel was delivered, but it was not. Still have not received. I put in a trace, they send me a copy of the map online saying it was delivered. I guess they don't understand when you say you have not received it. I phoned the post office that I mailed it from, they say I can't help you phone customer service. Just a big circle.

Parcel delivery expected date is tommorow and its very important to reach there as soon as possible. Still parcel is not out of delivery. Hope, tomorrow it will reach on its destination.
