My last package took forever with very little updates lets hope this new one goes smoothsr

It's so stupid that their tacking never works, ordered something on the 12 and said it was sitting at the border for weeks when it wasn't it was with canada post Unreal

What does: "waiting for item" mean ? Who's waiting, me ? Yes i am.

Theybpromised package will be at home on November 26, now it stated Nov 29. Never honor your delivery dates.

Parcel mailed 3 days to montreal, tracking shows still in halifax in 2 days ??? Why bother with tracking ?

I have been checking track #7321315015525523 since July & so far no response. Why is it not in the system misplaced? Went to the wrong address?signed for but not by me . Please could you search for this item. What a hassle

Why did my package come all the way to Mississauga only to be back in BC??? The destination is Toronto, and now its back in BC? ITS BEEN A FRIGGING YEAR!!!!

Canada Post has been great. There's delays sometimes but that happens. But happy overall

I used the online chat when I noticed my parcel seemed to have a issue getting to me. They were great to deal with, I got a call the next day from a supervisor assured me I would have the package that day, or the following day at latest. It was delivered the following day. It wasn't a priority package, they asked if it was and I said I could wait. Thanks Canada Post!

Canada Post is THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE!!!! It gets worse every time you send something. Their tracking is useless because it never gets updated properly. A package I sent shows item arrived 3 days ago at destination and that’s clearly bull! Cause it still hasn’t being delivered. You would think they would improve their service from the continued negative comments. Never again!!!!! I don’t even want to give them 1 star but I have no choice unfortunately.
