Just checked the tracking number and discovered that so far my letter has made it to Montreal from Alberta in just 7 days (lol) on its way to the UK. It should make it there by the New Year. ??

I don’t think you want mine review as your customer serves is disgusting. Where is a phone number to call and reach someone? Forget about that online customer service that you type what you are needing and they answer you back with something totally different. Whatever happened to a live person???? I have a situation that the mail carrier put my package in a box in our group mail box and did not leave me the key in my personal mail box to get the parcel out. Nothing has been able to help me because you can’t speak to a live person.

Dealing with Canada post..lol now I know why they have a 2.27 rating and that is to high should be more like 0.05....can't speak to a person , i think they should go out of business ?....I send a package on Augs 4th, it was 6 to 8 week delivery, they had no problem taking my money, only good knows where the package is. Never again! Canada post should go out of the business of ripping people off!!!!

I did my registered mail for y important documents in September 14 in North Delta ,BC. Today is Nov 9,but my family still didn't get it . They went to post office in China to check out. their computer shows it still in Vancouver airport. ...I went post Canada office here and they said nothing they can do.only gave me a number which never pick up and told me go on a website have to pay money to find a answer....

You really don't want to hear this review! It ain't good and last time I use Canada post delivery service.and it's not employees fault their Told what the services are. I should of know that this service needs overhalled!

Seems like they don’t focus my package is sitting in Stoneycreek from past 5 days and no one has delivered it when I am in the same city Hamilton !

Sent a registered letter with important documents on October 07, parcel was misplaced for a month, they finally found it and now is been sitting in Montreal since November 2 and no word of the international flight! Ridiculous, I will never use Canada post again

My parcel said it would be here awhile ago and when I checked on it because it hasnt arrived it was going back and forth from scarbrough to mississauga to barrie to mississauga to Barry back to Scarborough to mississauga....so frustrating. When I called the lady was not very pleasant and said its because I didnt use a PO Box # and I used my physical address and they dont deliver to your door...so weird not happy with canada post at all!

Just wondering when my 2 boxes will arrive in Funchal Madeira? I am now in Funchal and going back to Canada in 2 weeks. I would like very much to receive my parcels while I am here. It’s over 2 months that I sent it by surface. Please let me know. Thank you.

I used Express delivery last nov.2 but until now nov.8 my letter for Hongkong police still in Richmond

This page is very outdated and has many errors, for example I sent a package on November 4 and on this page it says received on November 3, so they received the package before I sent it, and it's been 4 days since update.

Always have had great services with Canada Post. Great staff at the post office and my postman is lovely

Paid for same day shipping and since my tracking number isn't working, I wanted to chat with an agent but you have to pay for a membership to talk to them?? What??? No I already paid almost 50$ for this service and I refuse to pay more. Maybe I'm being to cheap?
