The speed of the delivery was fantastic but unfortunately it arrived in broken. Mailed many things through P.O. over the years and this was a first. Probably should not have put a FRAGILE sticker on it. Over the years people that work at PO have said "we love seeing fragile stickers as we play football with them.

My tracked package, which was mailed 40 days ago, has not arrived. I contact Canada Post to find out what is happening, and they tell me no problem, but I will have to pay $2 to find out what the problem is. ARE YOU KIDDING ME, THERE SHOULD BE NO FEE TO FIND OUT WHERE MY PACKAGE IS.

Arrived in facility and my brother was charged a customs fee for a kid's birthday gift on a non government issued customs receipt. He thought it was Spam. It is now being sent back. Not okay.

Tracking is useless. It is a money grab. It is very slow and unreliable. What is new in CANADA in terms of Service- nothing. Too many red tapes.
