Waste of time… you can only wait for your parcel for a decade

The most useless company in Canada. You never get the right info with the tracking number. And they don't even try to deliver it. They just card it. We are seniors with mobility issues so that is really inconvenient. I try not to use them unless I have no other choice.

My registered envelope got to the U.K. but it doesn't tell me if it got delivered to its destination!!!

Slow delivery at certain times for no apparent reason why. Even without delays.

My parcels have always arrived on estimated arrival date or even before . Tracking system is awesome. No complaints here ....Canadian postal service is great thank you !

Wish l can say the same thing but on my part l am so disappointed for the reason that our letter that we registered until now it still in transit and take note its only going to Toronto and we mailed it June 24, 2022 and today is already August 25 , 2022 which makes it 2months and 1 day. If you guys are in my position what can you say.thumbs down for me.

Pure uselessness. They’re way too much paid with huge benefits for a bunch of lazy employees. I honestly rarely had just a bare minimum good service and their customer service is pure agony. ?????????

Tellement de manque de professionnalisme et des airs bêtes partout: au bureau de poste, le facteur qui garoche les paquets sans parler du fait qu’ils inscrivent livré mais tu n’as jamais reçu le paquet… me semble qu’ils sont grassement payés au frais des contribuables pour un service pitoyable (?).

Updates are horrible was suppose to get ky parcel last week still waiting and no updates for days. Garbage service

I do always get my parcels , but it sure cost alot.

Paid $115 for priority worldwide delivery of 3 days. Item arrived 16 days later

Great service. Reasonable price. The client service rep explained the ETA and delivered on time as promised. Good to see integrity at work in Canadian services! Kudos!
