Absolutely horrible. A package I sent from Ontario to NL has had a round trip through 5 different cities in Ontario TWICE, to NB, and back to ON. In a prepaid box nonetheless. Choosing a different service next time

The worst delivery company in the world. Almost 2 months I send the package and almost 1 month since arrive to the country of destination and didn't arrive yet.

I have been waiting for several packages for over a week sitting in Victoria depot normally the system works pretty good but lately it has been terrible

The parcel was lost no one know where is it.. They have very bad customer service .. It must arrived my parcel in 8 july and now 9 august and i am moving from the province .. they didn t give any compensation.. i am verry disapointed

Still waiting on my package it’s taking forever if I’m not going to get it just refund me this is crazy

Very bad Experience in My life

Canada post should be terminated as a criminal organization and its chief execs sent to prison..

I can't even get information about my package without paying 2$ to have a "chat" person look up my tracking number, which I got so I could track my package for free. What an incredibly stupid system.

Slow and pricy service

Paid 33.64 CAD for an XPRESSPOST to California and was guaranteed 3 days delivery. Mailed the letter on August 1st. It is now August 8 and just checked the tracking and found out my mail is still in New York. Very disappointed and unreliable.

Sent 2 packages at 2 different times an recipient has received them in 2 days. Sent them both from my place to outside of Ottawa an very happy with the delivery

Very disappointing when you pay for expedited delivery for arrival in 3 days only to find that the perishable parcel in this record temperature ?️ heat will probably be ruined.
