My parcel has been sitting in Manila post office aince June 13. sent it June 7 as I needed those documents to arrive asap. It was not delivered on the date that I needed it :(

Garbage service! Customer service rep I spoke to still using covid as annexcuse why an “express post”pkg took 9 days to get from pickering ont.to abbitsford bc. UPS here I come. How about a zero star rating or would you be to embarrassed by the amount of zeros you’d score

Good reliable service.

The service is excellent for the most part but yesterday, my package wasn't delivered and it was marked as delivered and signed when I never signed the delivery of any item. About 4 people are looking for their package in my apartment building all in thesame day. I do not understand why 4 people are missing their package on thesame day and each package is signed off while no one took the delivery of the said item. Someone needs to be interrogated for real.
