Still the cheapest option amongst couriers . I think people need to realize that often times things get hung up in Canada Customs causing long delays . This has nothing to do with the post office .

Awesome, parcel was received within a week

So I sent this. And it was supposed to arrive two weeks ago but now I’m finding out that they don’t deliver to PO box addresses. How am I finding out 2weeks after it was supposed to be delivered that they don’t even deliver to a PO BOX. Did they not want to tell me that when I paid 75 bucks to to get it delivered within 10 days…. Trash, absolutely dog water.

Been waiting two months still haven't received the package and the tracking number doesn't seem to exist

Mail to the wrong address

Awful!!! Sent an URGENT pkg to my daughter from Toronto to Banff. I was told 4 days guaranteed but probably 3 days. I sent it at lunch on Tuesday…..it’s Thursday night at 11:00 and it’s still sitting in Mississauga with a deliver date of 8 days. When I enquired, I was told that there are no guarantees due to Covid…..and no way to figure out what’s happening. UPS was one day…..guaranteed but the signature part wouldn’t work with UPS, so I trusted Canada Post!! This is my last time! Very upsetting…..this was a urgent delivery…..and it was $70 for EIGHT DAYS!!! Horrid!!

I was told the package would be there Monday morning and if not for sure on Tuesday morning. I got a call a 9am on Wed that it still wasn't delivered. I tracked the package and it was finally delivered at 9.49am on Wednesday. Not impressed!

Tracking number give reading of Exception.what does that mean ?

Terrible service. I've been waiting a month to get a package just 6 hours from my home town. Still nothing in the mail.

Sent a medium package from Markham, ON to London, UK on June 16 cost $150. = July 19 still in Montreal Qc ??? 1 star because 0 star will not accept submit review.
