I paid $1400 to have a small envelope delivered from London Ont to Toronto and was told it would take 2 days. I mailed it at the post office on springbank ave on Monday 29th March. it is now Saturday 03 April and it is still not there. One week $1400 , never again!

I've heard a lot of people hate on CP, but I only run into issues on the rarest of occasions, and the call center has always been helpful in resolving those issues quickly. I'm happy with them.

from March 16 I am waiting for my package which was supposed to be delivered on March 22.

Your tracking a package system leaves a lot to be desired. I've been screwing around for 20 minutes and still just as confused as ever. I can't even find an ETA on when it will show up.

Your delivery drivers are slow and like to sit on there ass when I'm told my parcel is going to deliver on the day I'm told then I'm to get it on it said I don't care how many other delivery’s I expect my stuff to deliver on time. very poor customer service very poor

What is the point of paying to track your package where after a week you can not see where the package is en route. Reason why I had I had to pay for tracking is that the same identical package was mailed in an envelope that was delivered empty which means that it was stolen by someone delivering the package. Hence this was my choice to track it but have no idea where it is after leaving the post office in Langley BC then Richmond BC and that is all I know about my package.

Don’t see the point of tracking, when you can’t see where your package is from the time it leaves your hand until long after it’s picked up, so behind the times, really Canada Post, you really need to move with time!!

The only time this organization ever did anything well was after things like UPS and FedEx hit the market. If those companies had not started we would have been paying $10.00 to post a letter by now. Canada Post is just another government guaranteed handout to a poorly run business that has been doing a sitty job for a hundred years and believes they deserve the handouts they get from a corrupt government.
