Canada post has changed how they send international packages. Its all done online now. I have had nothing but issues trying to send a simple package! The site wouldn't take payment today. How are seniors going to send a simple package. I myself don't own a scale to weigh a package. What about the ppl who don't have a credit card. Thanks canada post for horrible customer service and sending me elsewhere to send my international items.

Parcel has been sitting in Quebec since Feb.3 13 days, no movement no answers. Disgrace.

I've sent a parcel since November the 13th 2020 and the the parcel shows that its still in Mississauga and I paid over $200 for it to be shipped. I'm very upset and frustrated about what has gone wrong with my gran daughters package. Please send it back to me or please give me an update of my package.

I sent a parcel thru their xpresspost going to missisuaga. It’s been more than two weeks but the items hasn’t delivered yet.. totally disappointed

It's embarrassing to share my countrys name with such a useless company. It got a single star because no star wasn't an option. Canada Post is the worst postal service in the world hands down no contest

Sent a registered letter on January 26 and nothing is coming up on Canada Post tracking other than when it was accepted at the Canada Post office I sent it from. Very important letter and this is extremely frustrating not knowing if it reached its destination. I paid for the service and after almost 20 days I would expect it to have been delivered.

shipping is Expensive and takes long time, in the U.S people change their address and go to us post office to right a declaration of address change for free and then everything comes to the new address automatically here in canada you have to pay 100CAD for 1 year and then everything goes to old address after this year is finished. So bad and so disappointed

Such reliability! I mailed (registered mail) February 11, 21 & tracking service allowed me to see it was delivered the following day! Amazing service at post office & beyond!

Service great from steinbach to Winnipeg to Mississauga ( in 3 days ) where Canada post made an error and sent my parcel to Ajax now “ in transit” to who knows where! I would like it to go to Burlington. It went in the mail January 26 in Manitoba got to Ontario in 2 days, it’s now February 10 and it’s still in transit somewhere. I am not happy!
