An update to my previous review...this parcel was delivered to a destination in Dublin Ireland was then shipped to Birmingham England then shipped back to Belfast Ireland..just doesn't make any sense to me...at the $85 I spent to have this package delivered they made sure the money was accounted for.

Important envelope sent to Hawaii. Sent April 5. Still not arrived.

Delivery to the United States was super fast with accurate tracking.

Terrible service not even close to the delivery date they promised. I will never use this service ever again

We were home all afternoon in a quiet house and no knock on door and no doorbell. Looked in mailbox and a canada post slip was there. So the postal worker obviously just walked up with tag in hand and decided not to do anything other then put the slip in the mailbox instead of actually delivering the parcel…. WOW JUST WOW !!!! Like who does that ??

Received my package right on time, expected to have IT in 1week have IT in 3 days thanks Canada Post.

The service is incredibly slow and leaves the customer wondering if they will ever get their parcel also it is difficult to get to speak with a human , they will speak through texts but will not,at least in my case ,speak directly to you on the phone.l m waiting for a very personal parcel that was shipped 10 days ago and l still don't have an arrival date.

I can’t say I’ve encountered any of the problems these other folks have. I’ve found their tracking to be accurate and their estimated time of arrival accurate. Sometimes even delivered before estimated time. I give them 5stars

Nothing is perfect, however using Canada post is a luxury here in Canada due to our vast distance throughout our county. They know how to get a package from place to place. Be patience your not paying Fed Ex cost. One of the few places where you still get your mail/correspondence delivered directly to your place of residence. I personally appreciate that. I'm sure many older residence of our County do as well.

Too slow, CP must be where snail mail from. Sitting in Richmond BC for two days.

I must be the lucky one as my parcel has been delivered in a weeks time as promised.

I have always had great results with Canada post. No complaints here

You have been telling me on your tracking that my parcel is in Ireland since April 12 but still hasn't arrived at its destination...there is a lot wrong with your tracking system...I had another update today saying its on its way to the destination...why would I pay $85 for this type of service

I love Canada post! Fast and good. Don’t know why people dont like Canada post here!! So shameful for people to give bad reviews to people just trying there best to do there job!
