Your tracking system is not user friendly when the status never changes and yet it shows updated every day. I have no idea where my package is. Sometimes when I input the tracking number it says it doesn’t exist then trying again brings me right back to the same status. Regardless of whether you have updated a status, it should tell you where on the route your purchase is.

Honesty wish they had a negative star system. Their services and excuses become tiresome after a while ...Not enough staff to process all the orders? Hire more people and stop charging more for the already incompetent service. I don’t blame the carriers ..just the idiots running operations ..

Close whenever they want. The towns charge different prices for same size parcels/postage. Not friendly in my town

Letter sent from Gov.of Sask. On Nov.26 and have not received yet. Canada Post web site is totally useless , can not even track letter. Tracking # PG515606912CA. If it was not for Amazon you would be out of business.

Pay for tracking but never get updates is absolutely frustrating. You promise a certain time frame also but never meet the date promised. Why are we paying so much extra for shipping, if you can't meet the time frame given?
