Terrible! Always an issue with delivery

My '11 - day tracked package' left Okotoks on the 14th. On the 19th it showed it was in Richmond,BC. It is now the 26th and it's still showing the same location. What is this?!

Takes your money and doesn't give a flying flip what happens after that! Hate the crown corporation!

Very bad service. Registered letter with track # took two weeks from surrey to surrey,BC

My parcel was picked up by Canada Post Richmond on September 30, 2020 at 3:25 PM. Today is October 24, 2020 I still didn’t get mind yet. I check the tracking # distinction is unknown. I don’t know when I’m going to get my parcel. I quit worry, because I’m leaving Canada soon.

Slow and tracking info is not updated regularly.

Every other delivery company manages, Canada post often makes you pickup. I request everyone send any other courier besides Canada post

just too costly for domestic delivery. Even a small box, light as a feather was 20 dollars. Crazy.

It’s 4 days since I got the shipping notification and there are ZERO tracking updates. Why do you make people pay for a tracking number if it doesn’t do anything?

Well 8 days and it is still sitting in the same town it was posted and no updates since Monday that's 6 days just sitting unreal disgusted

Terrible job. Lost my package

Sent a parcel 2 day express cost me $92.70 parce didn’t arrive after 3 days last time I use Canada post gonna use purolator only there reliable and deliver on time and Canada post refuse to reinburse me not impressed with Canada post

I try my best not to have anything delivered by Canada Post. My last 2 deliveries have been returned to shipper and the 3 before that have been lost. 2 of which I was not compensated for.
