Not give proper Information and delivery is late

Thank you very much Canada Post for doing an excellent job for the mail deliveries.

Initial tracking a number of days ago said that delivery to Edmonton would be June 25. Tracking on the 25th indicates that it hasn't made it out of Ontario. Very poor service considering the package is shipped by expedited mail. Another fail for Canada Post

My order has been at your location since June 2nd. When is my order going to be delivered. This is bs an order for medication and you guys are just waiting time.. this is unacceptable and don't blame Covid19

You pay for overnight delivery and don’t get your package until a day later. Sooo two day delivery. Has happened the last 2 times I’ve used Canada Post. Not a happy customer!!

It’s been more than a month the parcel hasn’t arrived

From Denver to Ottawa through closed border, amazing, and goose bit earlier than projected, especially locally! Kudos!!

I’ve tracked 3 different parcels 2 months ago and all I get is some vague statements saying the package has been mailed from its original country and on its way...

Waiting since June 9th for package to come to welland and it hasn’t moved from Oakville. What a joke this service is. Terrible!!!!!’WHY?????

Satisfied with service and Time to deliver

A parcel was sent to me in Abbotsford BC on June first from Leduc AB. It was sent to Saskatoon - Winnepeg - Montreal - it is now on June 25th in Halifax. It has been sitting there for a week. Just wondering if it will ever be heading WEST?????

Not impressed at all! Still no parcel and it's been 3 months. Stuck in Ontario? Wow!, and too boot,.... they delivered to the wrong address before and I'm out my $75 parcel with no reimbursement.

I undersrand things are taking much longer than usual but the tracking information update or lack of it is what makes me think canada post isn't really doing what they should be doing. we all know that communication is important in any relationship or business and canada post is failing at it miserably.

Been in my town for 4 day's. But still on route?
