Since two days waiting but packet not delivered! Why it is in transit since 48 hours! As holiday starts , it will further delay delivery! Very sad on part of Canada post

I have a Canada Post Flex Delivery address. I've recieved over 1000 parcels with a 100% delivery success. And since my Flex Delivery address is at a local pharmacy I can pick-up my packages 7 days a week from 7AM to 9PM. If you shop online a Flex Delivery address is the best way to ensure that your packages are never stolen from your porch or buildings mail room.

I had a partial that was coming from Corner Brook Newfoundland and was supposed to come too Stephenville Newfoundland a day's posting I tracked the parcel today and here's going all the way to St John's Newfoundland not even the right City and then apparently they didn't even put their right apartment number on it this unbelievable I think they should be looking into the Shoppers Drug Mart with the post office there and see what kind of people are working there to make this big a mistake not a happy customer at all

Package did not arrive for individual? Yet says was delivered? Where is it? Wrong address? Did you leave it at door outside and someone stole it? Why are packages left outside visible to all when someone isn't home, why are the not brought back to post office to be picked up and kept safe? Why is Canada Post so unreliable now a days? It wasn't like this years ago as parcels were brought back to post office and we were all left a notice as to where to pick it up on our door. Very unreliable and untrustworthy today. Very sad to see people losing valuable packages today because of Canada Post not taking responsibility to ensure the packages get "safely" to the recipient. Very disappointing and sad!

Canada Post received my parcel on March 21st in Kamloops and today is the 27th and still NOT delivered. Kamloops is not that large of a city.

Horrible service, I paid extra for fast delivery three days and I still didn’t get anything

So bad so many ads I can’t even track my parcel, not sure what’s worse google or Canada post, glad I have other choices

My package arrived damaged at it’s destination - Canada Post prepaid box was damaged like it had been dropped in an oily substance it was stuffed in a plastic bag with contents damage was obviously made during shipping. Not a good job Canada Post!

This is a total nightmare, and I can’t believe I paid extra for fast delivery, no one takes any responsibility for anything, two days I can get my parcel and now on the third day I have to go and pick it up myself.

Thank you. My parcel came within the time-frame that was given to me. The website was a little hard to use. Maybe it will get easier to use in the future.
