In transit for over a week. Why even have a tracking number?

Public post offices are essential to a functioning democracy, and so ill always give 5 stars, even if this time I waited so long for my package that I forgot I even ordered anything - corona vibes.

Parcel status hasn’t changed in 4 weeks. No explanation. No help. No service.

Taking months to receive parcels

Just awful. Should of shelled out the 8 bucks more for UPS, I would of had my package by now. My package is stuck in Richmond BC and has not moved in 5 days. I live in Montreal so I guess I'll get it next year. If UPS and FedEx adjusted for COVID-19, so can Canada Post. Get to Work CP!!!!

Hire more staff. Why is everything taking over a month to ship interprovincially? This is beyond ridiculous. People need jobs and Canada post can't even get the job done.

Worst service ever! Sent small box with ONE cookie to North Bay Jun1/20 via XPost ... cost $15 ... still not arrived by Jun 15th!!! No idea when will be delivered. Deserves Negative star rating!!!!

So far pretty good

i am very upset ..previously it shows 5 june for delivery than it shows 9 june and today is 15 june but i still have not received my parcel yet .... it was a bday present for my friend and her bday was on 14 june ,..... very bad

Fantastic service, ran through the pandemic and still distributing most of the love during these rough times.

Bebe Jena at the morningside cp is very helpful, even tho she always work alone every time I go in she always take her time to help me. I really appreciate it

Spent $75 for a parcel going to England and from May 4 till June 15 has gone from Ontario to Montreal. Horrible service but unfortunately expected.
