Very unhappy. Said they left a notice card but is no where to be found. No idea how to track where my shipment was taken

Canada post is ridiculous! Never ever use canada post anymore. I better use other shipping company. Imagine my parcel is still in transit for a month.

Two weeks since my parcel arrived in Mississauga Ont for delivery to Windsor, Ont. I still don't have it. You guys were complaining previously about not enough business and when you get it you can't handle it.

International purchase left China for Canada April 24,20. Canada Post still hasn’t received the two packages or entered into system. It is June

Today is June 13th and tracking shows only to June 9th. So what is the use of it. The parcel supposed to be there in one day now it is 5 days and nothing. The tracking is useless too.

I understand Covid-19 has presented new challenges but Canada Post needs to find ways to adjust to heavy volumes and workplace social distancing. Snail mail has taken on a whole knew meaning.

Terrible service. Took 14 days for a registered letter to go from Ontario to New Brunswick. Shocking!!!

Parcel arrives in Halifax June 8th. Hasn’t made it to Truro (100km from Halifax) by June 12th. Could have driven to Halifax and picked it up in one hour...???!!!???!!!

Every one at canada post needs to be fired and any new ones hired should be paid by piece work instead of hourly or salary. The company would not have to pay anything because they do not do anything at the best of times now that they can blame covid they do even less. A parcel left Montreal June 3rd and still has not been scanned at another facility - like honestly. The horse back mail carriers managed things better than modern day

Sent parcel from Kingston June 9, arrived Kitchener June 10.....still not delivered June 12 to Waterloo Want my money back
