Waiting for my package that has been in Vancouver for over a week and is still not left . It was sent from Washington to China then to Richmond then to Vancouver then to Vancouver BC and still sitting since 05 28 2020 what a joke

3rd package to go missing in last couple weeks. One was put in wrong mailbox, 2 say delivered to front door but were never. Dutton canada post is horrible

Very good service

Most of the time, the site will show the truck is on the road to deliver, but when chat online I was told that when it's out CP can't track the item! Therefore it's useless compare to service like UPS/FedEx... I'm sure that CP can do better!

Package was picked on May 27 for delivery to Edmonton on June 4th. As of June 6 it is still in Ottawa.

Impossible to track on phone. All that indicates is when it was picked up. Waited 2 hours past expected and had to leave. Could not find update re delivery issues or where to get package on return. Very disappointed.

I left a 2 star review because I could track my parcel but not delivery time. However I just got it the next day. So good delivery time but tracking wasn’t useful.

Everytime i have an international parcel that gets shipped to Canada, it goes to Missisauga and seems to get lost in the processing. I usually dont end up with my parcel or it takes a lot longer then expected to arrive.

Placed an order 2 months ago and it is still in Ontario. How much longer before it gets to St. John's I wonder. Won't be doing that anymore.

I dread hearing CP is delivering my parcel..sits in a warehouse or gets lost!

Canada post delivery service is horrible. This is the 2nd time I have ordered online & my package was extremely delayed.
