Hey my packages arrive on time or even before. I’m very happy with Canada Post

Just turned 73 and one would think that by now I would show some intelligence and avoid Canada Post at all costs!! can't rate zero....not listed

Canada Post leaves you hanging with no info, It is now over a week and I still have heard nothing.

Sent parcel Sunday to St Catharines and it’s been stuck since Tuesday in Mississauga. No reason. Granddaughters birthday gift. Thanks Canada post for charging such exorbitant rates and giving such terrible service

Terrible service through covid. Delivery of parcels in particular. No notice left, post office didn't have item and Canada Post took several days to respond online. Had many calls to shipper who finally weeks later refunded delivery.

Waste of $ to ship faster , 4 days later parcel Still isn’t at destination !!

Why wouldn't they leave it at the door like every one else and we were home all day just left a note in the mailbox

Terrible - says it was accepted on March 8 - it is April 8 no other details?? Map shows it went to Montreal I sent it to B.C. from Ontario??? Don’t you think by now specifics should be in place? Like expected delivery date? This app needs Huge improvement - basically useless

Terrible change. Used to be easy. No matter what I do I still don’t know when parcel will arrive. Waist of time!!

I don't know what to say , except I went through stress and worry about a loss package I sent. I'm not sure if this parcel has even made it to the destination, but it's been double the amount of time that I was told . They could.couldn't even find my package last time I talked to post office

A 3 day order now takes 2 weeks. Canada post changed their tracking the day my package was to be delivered. Delayed 10 days. Buncha retards. Thanks for the headaches
