I sent out a package from Bathurst NB, it went to Dieppe NB, then Montreal and back to Dieppe, NB, It was going to Alberta, guess its going to be very late!!!! :(

Terrible tracking. Fed ex is way better

Rearranging your schedule to receive an expected package, deliver dates missed, new dates given ranging between one to EIGHT days later, not even bothering to ring the doorbell when the package is eventually delivered... I’d love to be able to say great things about this National institution, but it sadly misses the mark compared to many private couriers. And the worst part is, it’s like Canada Post doesn’t even care anymore.

I have always had good service with Canada Post.

You lied about delivery, customers come to you to for pick up. You are trying to save fuel costs. There is never any notification card left at my door. Shady business from you, Canada post.

All my parcels came on time and email communications was really good.

Like to know what their bosses do when they read these horrible reviews....Come on get with it.......

$16 to mail a USB STICK to Florida it took 3.1/2 days to get to Mississauga... can'hazard a guess as to how long to Florida next time so will use private courier

Says delivered still not in mail box.

It took 8 days for a simple envelope to leave Canada for the UK not hard to rate this service at $19.00

Possibly the worst courier out there, I've tried almost all of them and none have been as bad as Canada post. They try to to use their tracking option to seem competent but in reality means nothing if they dont follow their own supposed promises. Nothing else needs to be said besides the name is quite fitting of the mediocre country its named after.

Paid extra for an envelope to show up on a Monday and doesn’t get there until Tuesday. Why did I pay more??

Almost always late delivering orders even when they say or for delivery. The package arrives the after our even the day after that. On 3 separate occasions my package was given to me nectarines neighbors address. Just not as consistent as the other companies.

It is always a hit or miss. I either get my packages quickly or they come damaged, late or dont even give you time to answer the door. Other delivery services work better and consistent than post Canada.
