Every time I’ve ever had a delivery from them it was a bad experience, they’ve always been really late they’re always really rude, they don’t care if you have an illness and it’s extremely important to have that package they won’t rush it for you they won’t contact you they just let you wait worst service ever seems like FedEx is always the only one to go to don’t ever use Canada post

How can you say parcel departed 1.13. Then next line parcel arrived same depot at 1.13. Was supposed to be here Yesterday and have no idea where it is.

Tracking is not very helpful it takes days to update

You can't put an auto generated number in the tracking box. The results are 2 days behind.

To slow at letting you know where it is

Not happy with Canada post I sent a flat. Rate box on dec 4th to fort McMurry Albert And they haven’t got it yet

Tracking system says my package was out for delivery yesterday at 8;30 am today I still don’t have my package. I paid for express service and haven’t received it.

Very very poor service. My package is now 6 days late and I am unable to track its location. Last tracking update was 11 days ago.

It says it was picked up dec. 3/19. Delivery expected dec 6/19. It's dec/11th now and still nothing. No info. No anything.

They go to every address in Canada and you can connect to every address in the world. For me being a rural customer I appreciate having my local post office. Delivery is efficient and timely. I get sometimes standards aren’t met but I don’t get daily internet either—all due location. Canada post works great for me for all my shipping and shopping needs!!

Love tracking my parcels

I paid 22$ to send a letter that has to be in ont by the 13th of dec..It was processed in maple ridge on the 4th.I wad assured it would get there on mon the 8th at the latest..It is in Winnipeg as of this morning eed dec 11th.I would like my 22$ refunded as it never arrived when I was told it would..If it doesn't arrive by the 13th then I have to start the process over from the beginning so unacceptable..778 871 6553..

My package is always ducking late

You have recieved my parcel in Richmond center and did not process it for 5 days, are you even trying!
