Canada Post reviews

Service sucks, sent last Tuesday and is still sitting in Mississauga. Totally ridiculous. Have sent parcels preiously and closer to Christmas and had numerous updates and parcel did not sit for days at a time. Totally unacceptable! Will not let me rate a touch of the first star and I mean just a see touch.

Tracking says delivered but it wasn't delivered to me. Canada post says there was a problem with the address so the sender has to chase it down. Not sure why it was marked as delivered if there was a problem with the address. Thanks for the weird and completely ineffective service.

Not the best service at all

Told one day it was on it's way should receive on Thursday it's now Tuesday and I have wasted 6 days staying in for my parcel knowing postal delivery working weekend. Just not acceptable,don't want it just left on front porch and the post office half the time if u get a notice has not sorted it yet Waste of time. Will use UPS from now on. Very sad

What's the point of having a tracking number, if it doesn't work grrrrrŕrrrrrr

Incredibly expensive to use services; and slow

I shipped overnight service and it’s been over a week and my lawyer still hasn’t received my package. Poor service and will not recommend Canada post.

5th time I use Canada Post for a parcel service and if the 2nd time they loose one of my parcels

I've used Canada Post for everything I can..they're just as fast as any courier and a lot cheaper

I shipped a box to England on 02 Dec from Vaudreuil. It’s now 10Dec and box is still in Montreal.The tracking is nothing short of pathetic, with the service to match.

Putrid delivery service followed by the worst customer service imaginable. Post Canada should be sold to FedEx or equivalent.

Keep up the good services you provide

Left package at the wrong townhouse complex. This is not the first time. I put the address on correctly and they still deliver to the wrong door.

Prices are way tooooooo extensive, and cost more for signature, really, not going to China, will chose an other carrier next time

il y a un gros manque d information au niveau du suivi ... colis en retard d une semaine et seulement la date qui change ..... aucune info à propos du contretemps et d une nouvelle date de livraison
