What’s the point of this checking if it cannot track Chinese tracking numbered parcels. Even though you promote Chinese web sites for buying

Wait at home for package all day. It doesnt get delivered at home but sent to a post office for pick up. This has happened 3 times in a row. I am home waiting with the door open and no one comes

Need better updates. Could have GPS track vehicle location of package

If I could rate with 0 stars, I would. Package was supposed to come as express, it did not come yet, and I doubt will come on time even as a normal delivery given the current status. Scammers!!!

Bad service all around one star for a least being A Canada company

Sent a package Thurs for 2 day delivery. Still hasn't arrived and when I check the tracking it says it's still in the city I mailed it in! What's the point in paying extra and having a tracking number if you can't deliver on time and I can't track the package?

I was sent some books from someone near Kingston ON, I live in Brantford ON, and I am still waiting When I put in the tracking #s I don't get any results except the date and time it was sent. It should be telling me where in the system it is, especially after 7 days.
