First time I used this service for international and I am not impressed

My international package was released by the customs on November 5, since that time they did not update the info, all it says is it is expected to be delivered on that day, which later than delivery date they originally told me. So I am still waiting

Worst shipping experience of my life

I used this service to make shure that when i received a e mail saying that i have a parcel coming to me . Most of the time it is a scam. Thanks for your service

Horrible. All packaging address correct and I was at my office desk waiting for carrier to show. They didnt and package was returned to sender stating I was not available to receive. I never left my desk all day. They either went to wrong address or just outright lied and never came to my office. Terrible customer service could do nothing so they say.

Waiting for a package to arrive. I have a camera at the front door that records everyone who comes on the porch. It said that a delivery slip has been left at 10:41 today but in fact there is NO slip on my door. If they don't want to wait for a signature then they could at least put it in the community mailbox so I don't have a run around to get it after someone has already paid for the for the service. Happens all the time. Why?
