Why do Canada post want to be in business of delivery when they don’t deliver you have to go pick stuff up, it seem they are to good to do the job we are paying they in shipping and the taxes that government uses to subsidize it. They should all be fired and the worst culprit the union should be disbanded, for the customers benefit. Thank you.

I lost my 3 passports through Canada post delivery. I am not confident to send anything through Canada post now.

Never really had any problems with canada post...I have sent parcels to ?? and ??...and they reached safely. Maybe a little late around the holidays. Sent mail overseas and they reached on time. I just se t a registered mail to my friend in Greece...just mailed it on June 26th...it reached there on June 29th. I am tracking this... it's now at the post office there...ready for delivery. Not too bad. I have added my email so that I will get the confirmation of arrival. Keep up the good work.. Canada Post....

Faster that I have known

Very poor service. Mailed a card on Monday June 19 2023 in Perth to Cornwall Ontario. Did not arrive until 9 days later. The postal person said 5 days.

I have been awaiting my parcel tgat was supposed to be delivered today ?... it was sent from Nova Scotia to Sudbury Ontario... but still the parcel isn't even moving each time I check the distance covered on the map... you guys really need to do better than this .. otherwise you will lose more customers by the end of each day... simply terrible I can't even rate it 1 star.. only did bcus it's optional...it's a disgrace to Canada Post ?....

All my parcels reached in time

Very happy with my delivery. It arrived earlier than expected. I received notifications that kept me updated. I appreciate the security of delivery to the community mailbox over being left on the step.

What a poor service. Parcel not delivered on time as advertised. I want my money back.

If there was a MINUS rating I would give that.!! 3 weeks to send a birthday card to and from Toronto to Victoria is dismal AND a national disgrace !! Now replacement credit cards have been ‘Express delivered to a local bank’ from TD Bank via Canada Post instead of Fed Ex ?I am STILL awaiting cards that were ‘sent’ by this speedy method on June 16 th and June 27 th !! Now I am in a bind . Furthermore , when I inputted the latest tracking number , it states that my card was processed this morning ( July 4/2023 ) in Mississauga Ontario I am in Victoria BC . What the heck is going on ??

Worst service I could have expected ,show them sending my package back to me . There is more than 1 Sherbrooke in Canada. My package was mailed the ?June 22 Now sits in Montreal my grandchildren missed their Canada Day gifts 1 prong of 1 star

They delivered my package in a timely manner. I am pleased. I've never a problem with canada post. Keep up the good work guys :)
