HSDYH1222606858YQ Has been over a month and have been supplied different companies for tracking. Now I’m I’m receiving emails saying there’s an issue. Started out with track Q 718 and now sent me to here. Started off in china of course and cannot get a credible answer.

Been waiting 8weeks for the parcel that was apparently delivered at 6.35an on the 2nd of July, I was home that day and no parcel was ever delivered. I have tried to contact the delivery people with no success, I just keep getting the same tracking details emailed to me that I already have. I asked for proof of the drop off eg. Photo but get nothing. Will never order through these people ever again, very disappointed. Minus 5 stars

No rating as they do not deliver. Been waiting 6 weeks now tracking number is gone! Thieves as far as I am concerned! Beware!

This is a joke twice my package was supposebly shipped & delivered Cannot even trace the tracking number. Sent numerous emails to the company & still have not received my item

Had my package sent twice ,never received either one ,but both said delivered and that I even signed for them ,,this company is a scam

This company is a bunch of crooks. My package took 3 weeks to get to my city. Now after over a week of it apparently being "on its way" and "delivered" I still have not received my package. I'm contacting the authorities on these pieces of garbage!

DHL has got to be the worst delivery service!!! I was supposed to receive my package on April 23rd. I had a tracking number and on April 25th I tried to track my package only to find out that my package lost, there wasn’t any updates of where it could be. Finally I reviewed a notification that it was out for delivery whole week later!!! And they still couldn’t deliver it because I was at work when the driver finally showed up!!
