Tracking Nimber: HCG00000208159YLNC Not impressed with the service. I was notified my package was delivered to my address to my community mailbox, however it wasn’t there and none of my neighbours had received it in error. The company offered me a 30% refund, but I did not accept. As a result I am out the amount of $69.99 and do not have the books for my grandson. Very disappointed! Certainly will not order from that company in the future.

I’m not happy with DHL service.they give me time 4,5 days.but they took 6 days and parcel still showing in Delhi from last 6 days. This is not faster.

I had my order supposedly being delivered by DHL . The only email l got from them regarding my tracking number & it does not recognise the tracking number . SO WHO has my Goods l brought ? . There is no updates of where my goods are ????

Horrible Service. I pay for EXPRESS delivery. They did not send my package when they said they were going to send it. It took five days for my package to get there and it was an emergency, and they will give me no explanation! And the worst part was, I could not even track my package! How are 11 I’m gonna

Not very happy. They said that my order was delivered on Saturday 7th December . Never got it. No one is willing to tell me where it got delivered too.

Item shipped via DHL on Nov 11, sat in Greenville, NC for 4 days (lots of scanning there, but didn't go anywhere until Nov 15). Then given to USPS on Nov18, then delivered Nov 20. Way too long to get the package. Should have been 3-5 days. Entirely too long.
